Videos of 60 and 100 zebrafish, 30 days post-fertilization, in a 70 cm circular arena. The setup is described in Supplementary Figure 3 of [1] (see also Experimental setups).

Compressed video of 10 fruit flies in a circular arena. An LED in the setup turns on at several points of the video, changing the overall illumination, which could make identification harder. idtracker.ai still identifies all the flies during these events.

Small groups of ants#

Compressed color video of 14 ants. The shadows on the background, the light reflections on the bodies of the ants and the long periods without movement of some of them could make identification harder. idtracker.ai still identifies all the ants throughout the video.
