Once a session is tracked, these tools help you check, visualize and analyze the results:

• Validator: review and correct the trajectories. Jump between possible errors, fill NaN gaps by interpolation, fix identities, name the animals, define groups of animals, and mark reference points in the arena.

• Video Generator: render videos with the trajectories drawn on top of the original video, or one cropped video per animal (useful for pose estimation).

• idmatcher.ai: match identities across separate tracking sessions of the same animals.

• Data analysis: load idtracker.ai’s internal objects, inspect the identity clusters, and analyze trajectories with our example notebooks.

• SocialNet: train a model of how the animals in your videos influence each other.
